CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

  • YES, you can.  If you are not 100% satisfied  with your online purchase, you can return your item(s) to us.
  • We accept returns that reach us within 7 days upon receiving with a valid Order ID.
  • If we receive your parcel more than 7 days, we have the authority to cancel your product return and you will be responsible for the re-delivery fees incured to send the product  back to you.
  • Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their tags intact! Exchanges for item(s) which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
  • We DO NOT accept returns of sale items and accessories. Sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
  • Please take note that we DO NOT provide cash refunds.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

  • Please ensure that your return order is eligible for returns before making a return.
  • Send your parcel using a traceable mode of delivery to the address stated to you. We will not be responsible for any lost parcels sent trough non-traceable mailing options.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE RETURNED AN ORDER THAT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?

  • We will drop you an email once we have processed your parcel and will have to return your order.
  • You will be responsible for re-delivery fees incured.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS?

  • We are very sorry if we have sent you a wrong/defective item.
  • Kindly contact our return department at hello@beyoutifulthelabel.com about this issue and we will reply you within 3 working day.
  • Please write DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS as your email subject and include snapshots of the defective area in your email.
  • Please note that the difference in colour products due to lightning and 1-2 centimeter difference between the item received and our given measurements DO NOT cosidered as defect.
  • We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will also be reimbursed.
  • All parcels must be sent back to BeyoutifulThe Label within 7 working days upon receiving.
  • After we received your parcel, we will send the correct item back to you. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, COUPON CODE will be issued.
  • Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for item(s) which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
  • All sale items and accessories CAN NOT be returned, exchanged or refunded.
